Not happy with Slapppy? Contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. We'll process it promptly, no questions asked.

## How to request a refund

1. Email us at [hello@slapppy.com](mailto:hello@slapppy.com) with the subject line **"Refund Request"**  
2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email from Polar)  
3. We'll confirm your refund request within 1 business day  
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank

## Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

- You request it within **14 days** of your original purchase date  
- Your purchase was made directly through our website (slapppy.com) via Polar

After 14 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We may offer a refund outside this window for exceptional circumstances (e.g. a technical issue that prevents the software from running on your Mac).

## EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase for digital goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU — provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the software.

If you have already downloaded Slapppy, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply under EU law. However, as a courtesy, we honour our 14-day refund policy regardless.

## Non-refundable situations

We do not offer refunds for:

- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (outside exceptional circumstances)  
- Requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive

## Payment processor

Purchases are processed by [Polar](https://polar.sh/), who acts as the merchant of record. Once we confirm your refund, Polar will process the reimbursement to your original payment method. Timing may vary by bank or card issuer.
